faq :: parking
I will be bringing a car to school, is parking available?
All of our properties have off-street
parking available to our tenants ONLY. Most lots have parking available
on a first-come, first-served basis, however certain properties
(200, 212, & 222 Euclid Ave. and 803, 805 Comstock Ave.) have
assigned parking spaces that are determined by a lottery held in
late August. These forms are provided with the first rent billing.
Does
it cost extra for parking?
No. Parking is provided free of charge
to all Campus Hill tenants on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do
I have to register my car with Campus Hill?
Absolutely. You must come to the
office to obtain a parking sticker which will be valid for the current
lease term only. In order to provide enough parking for our tenants,
our lots are patrolled regularly and unstickered vehicles will be
towed away at the owner's expense and without notice. Don't get
your car towed - Read our parking
policies for more important information.
I
was a Campus Hill tenant last year, do I need to get a different
sticker or is my old one still valid?
Even if you lived with us last year
or even the year before, you MUST get a new sticker at the start
of each new lease term. Sticker colors change each year so that
we are able to tell immediately which vehicles belong to current
tenants.
I
need to change cars but have already been given a sticker. What
should I do?
Do not try to transfer your first
sticker to your new vehicle. You should come to the office to obtain
a new sticker and provide us with updated vehicle information. Once
you do this, your old sticker is no longer valid.
