  1. As Is Agreement- Notifies Campus Hill that you wish to take your apartment in the condition that the previous tenants left it so that you may move in early. You assume responsibility for preexisting conditions.
  2. Authorization for Package Acceptance- Gives Campus Hill permission to receive packages at the rental office on your behalf.
  3. Cable Installation Permission Form- Gives cable and internet providers permission to install cable outlets and/or high speed internet lines where necessary. 
  4. Furniture Storage Application Form - Details all furniture and personal belongings that are to remain in an apartment during the summer turnover period; relieves Campus Hill Apartments of responsibility for said items. MUST be on file with Campus Hill in order to leave anything in an apartment from one lease term to the next.
  5. Authorization to Allow Access- Gives Campus Hill permission to allow a mover or other third party access to your apartment when you won’t be there.
  6. Vehicle Registration Form- Provides office with your vehicle information and acts as an application for a parking sticker. Also includes Campus Hill parking policies, which you must sign off on to get a sticker.
  7. Authorization to Rerent- Notifies Campus Hill Apartments that you wish to back out of your lease and authorizes us to put the apartment back on the market.
  8. Sublease Agreement- Legitimizes a sublet situation, must be on file with Campus Hill before a sublessee may move in.
  9. Summer Sublease Agreement Addendum- Informs Campus Hill that you do not need immediate access to your apartment when the lease begins so that previous tenants may extend their occupancy.
